A plush elf is found unconscious, lying on a pile of coal with a Christmas present mimic wrapped around her face. The box undulates, reeling back and somewhat slamming into and jostling her face; what's occurring under the box is obscured. White fluid drips from under the naughty box and down her face, and her throat bulges over and over in sync with the undulation. A wet spot marks the front of her skirt as the same white fluid leaks from below. The elf that found her looks upon this in confusion.
